環境：老牌酒店適合溜娃整體很休閑但是沒有沙灘有很多小童玩樂區域小童泳池滑梯挖沙池含接送機服務但需要自費哈~早餐中規中矩房間內浴室排水特別特別慢其他的還可以推薦入住吧酒店離機場/鬧市有點遠大約3公里~ 義大利餐廳的出品很一般還有個日料餐廳沒去打卡😅

酒店位置在海邊。總體而言是很滿意的。酒店有免費的小巴可以接送機，需要提前聯繫前台定一下。酒店內沒有什麼餐廳，暫時衹有一家，不過離附近的餐飲街也還好，大概三公里。

Celebrated our mom's birthday here and it was memorable. I requested for birthday amenity and they've set up the room with a Happy Birthday sign and there was also a cake and fruit platter. Mom was very happy ❤️ We booked the family room with Ocean view and IT WAS THE BEST! Room was great , I think it could cater to 10 people. The view from the balcony was breathtaking as well as the view from the room and bathroom. Breakfast was great and the staff was very accommodating. Food in the TOMATO AND BASIL resto was also good. Kudos to KZ from the front desk and the bellman who assisted us during our c/i and c/o. ESPECIALLY TO THE LIFE GUARD who assisted us in the sandbar. We'll remember u kuya! But I never got the chance to get his name. My sister and I enjoyed our Sandbar experience. All in all, it was a wonderful stay! Thank you for making my mom's birthday memorable.

The food is not the best. So dont expect too much. The pizza is a must try though. It was amazing. The rest of the things I tried from the menu were some sandwiches (overcooked), pasta (soggy), filipino food (dry). I was there for four days They need to understand the travellers a bit more. I went there for my bday. Even if it said it was under renovation, I decided to go. That is already saying a lot! And the lady at the front desk did not do an eyeball scanning of the reservation and the ask. I arrived at 6:30am on my first day. I understand no hotel will check you in at that time unless you pay extra so I decided to book a city tour to do something before the check in time. The tour was going to end between 12pm and 1pm. I asked the girl at the front desk if I could check in after the tour ended, she said no. The policy said to wait until 3pm and that they were fully booked. I arrived on a Sunday. When I confronted her about the high occupancy on a Sunday being questionable and asked her again to please help, she changed her statement to there are no king size beds availabe and that I had to wait until 3pm. I knew that was not true, cause unfortunately, for her I used to work in hotels before. The lowest occupancy is always Sundays. EVERYWHERE! Fortunately for me there was another lady that did check me in after my tour was over. What a wonderful girl. Her name is KZ. She really helped me all throughout my stay. I made sure she recovered the bad experience. If you decide to go there look for her. She will make sure you are well treated.

Misleading advertisement. On the website they post some pictures of their “beach”. The reality is that the beach they show on the pictures is a sand bank which does just exist with low tide. Of course there is no beach where you can chill during the day. It is not clean and the infrastructure is poor. The water Villa is NOT worth it for 400$ the night. Scam

We had a very short but amazing stay at this hotel! Sarado very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are very good - special the pools. Breakfast was very generous. We will come back.

Our stay at Princess Gardens was the worst way to cap off a great 訂房網站 to Palawan. Plenty of reasons why we will not recommend this resort to anyone but the highlights are the car rental hidden fees, toilet issues across resort where the toilet overflows out to the room and poor hygiene at the restaurant with hair and flies found on the breakfast buffet. STAY AWAY from this resort. Much cleaner and better resorts or hotels found elsewhere on the island. To cap it off. my friends and I were given attitude by the one front desk manager that was passive-aggressive when she saw we were pissed from the toilet issues and having to switch rooms. 1) We requested a 2 x queen room with an extra bed and were given a 1 king room instead. 2) Only 1 of the 3 advertised restaurants in the resort was open. The rest were under construction 3) Rented a vehicle from the resort and we were quoted 2,500 PHP. Upon getting the car, we were invoiced 2,900 PHP. No mention of a 250 PHP delivery fee and was charged a 150 PHP car wash fee when we haven't even gotten keys to the car yet. Absurd. 4) Toilet overflowed into the room when we flushed it (Only water in the toilet, thankfully). They tried to fix it for 2 hours and failed. They switched to a new king room which we refused. Had to argue to get the same room. 5) There were hair strands found on the breakfast buffet. My friend also noted a lot of flies in the fruit area underneath the cover they use to keep the fruit flies away.

Perfect resort. While there is construction going on, we were completely unphased. The staff is extremely polite, the restaurant's food is incredible (cous cous salad is a must!). The breakfast buffet caters for the picky eaters with toast, cheese, pancakes and waffles, they have Asian and Western cuisine and some local options. Eric at the activities desk was my favourite person at the resort, being kind and awkwardly helped us book our activities and massages. When the weather wasn't optimal for our excursions we were informed in advance at breakfast. The pool is large and saw it being cleaned daily. Live music every night with incredible singers, and surprisingly you cannot hear a sound of the music from your room. The location is good, an 8 min drive to the main road. We rented a bike from Gibb's in town and drove about an hour out of town through the windy roads of the 'forest', so beautiful and took shelter from the wind on a secluded beach on the opposite side of the island. Island hopping was a lovely adventure, the snorkeling is nothing to be desired (I think tourism has damaged the coral severely and it gets a bit crowded), but the local people, the islands, the food, and the swimming was so nice we didn't mind. Highly recommend this resort.

Nice hotel, beautiful garden, big and clean swimming pool with water slide. Kids’ pool. Hearty breakfast with Western and local options. Professional staff and service. A bit remote from downtown but just in 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. Available airport transfer. Second stay at the hotel. We will definitely come back next time, too.
